🫖 Mindfulness Tea Gatherings in the Community

Throughout 2024, we hosted over 50 Mindfulness Tea Gatherings (“Mindful Tea Ceremony”) across neighborhoods, business chambers, and cultural venues. These events offered a moment of stillness and warmth, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves through mindful tea, soft music, and open-hearted sharing. In one memorable session at a local senior care home, many elders expressed deep gratitude, with one eagerly reading our teacher’s book right on the spot.

📚 Wisdom Book Circles – Online & Offline

Our book circles ran consistently throughout the year — from “The Wisdom of the Heart Sutra” and “The Life of Su Dongpo” to “The Happiness Series” and “Family Education.”
Over 50 sessions were held both online and in person, bringing together people from all walks of life to explore timeless questions and practical insights for everyday living. Our Sunday online gatherings continued year-round, serving as a weekly touchpoint for inner nourishment and spiritual growth.

🌿 Self-Healing and Health Practices

Health is a key pillar of our mindfulness mission. In 2024, we held over 20 “Great Circulation” wellness sessions and more than 50 self-healing (Massage) workshops.

Participants learned practical techniques to care for their own well-being through body awareness, energy flow, and ancient practices like Baduanjin. The message was clear: healing begins within.
