A Path to Inner Calm in Everyday Life
At Mindful Peace, we believe that peace begins with a quiet mind. Through our Chan-Inspired Living program, offered by Jingxin Academy, we invite individuals to rediscover stillness, clarity, and balance by integrating ancient Eastern wisdom into modern daily life.
Chan (禅), known as Zen in Japanese, is not just a philosophy—it is a way of living with presence. Our approach focuses not on religious practice, but on everyday mindfulness rooted in the spirit of Humanistic Buddhism. It’s about finding depth and serenity in simple moments.
Through thoughtfully designed practices, we help people slow down, breathe, and return to themselves:
- Mindful Tea (安心禅茶): A calm, shared tea experience that turns each sip into a meditation. Here, tea becomes more than a drink—it becomes a moment of peace.
- Plant-Based Mindful Eating (静心蔬食): Eating slowly, gratefully, and attentively to reconnect with food, nature, and the body.
- Tai Chi Mindfulness Ball (太极正念球): A gentle movement practice blending breath, awareness, and slow circular motion—ideal for grounding body and mind.
- Mindful Decluttering (静心整理): Learning to let go of excess and create space, both physically and emotionally.
- Holistic Body Restoration (养生按导): Guided self-care and body-awareness sessions rooted in traditional Eastern healing, supporting wellness in tune with the seasons.
Each practice is a doorway into presence—quiet yet powerful. They require no prior experience, and are open to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Chan-Inspired Living is not about escaping the world, but about embracing life more fully. By learning to live slowly, feel deeply, and act mindfully, we create space for inner clarity and compassionate action.
Join us and experience the natural peace that arises when life is lived with awareness.
